Preventative Maintenance
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
With our Preventative Maintenance Program, your air conditioning and heating system will receive much more than a "check"
up. Our tune ups provide real value because your system will be
precision tuned, checked, tested, monitored & cleaned. The following are the tasks that our technician will perform:
- Check and clean the condenser coil
- Check voltage and amperage on motors
- Inspect and clean blower assembly
- Check condensate drain and clean, if necessary
- Check operation pressure for proper refrigerant charge
- Inspect control box, associated controls/accessories, wiring and connections.
- Calibrate thermostat
- Lubricate blower
- Check starting capabilities
- Lubricate outside fan
- Check temperature drop
- Check fins on outside condensing unit
- Clean evaporator coil
- Inspect the suction and the liquid line
- Monitor system operation per manufacturer's specifications
- Clean or replace air filters
- Clean dirt, leaves and debris from inside cabinet
